Daily Duties at Prc (Aka Alorica):

Responsible for a staff of over 200 employees depending on the Telemarketing program and season. Managed inbound and outbound Telemarketing operations for a variety of clients ranging from AT&T to Ryder, and shared inbound telemarketing units consisting of multiple client calls for companies such as: FTD, Disney Institute, Ciba Geigy, Nestle, Taco Bell, etc. Responsible for 7-day/week, 24-hour servicing operations; executed the start-up/implementation of the AT&T ramp account for the company which was a key element for driving significant volume of business to the company and ultimately led to its public offering. Responsible for the realignment of the Ryder Reservations operations to ensure profitability and service quality.
