• Successfully managed the VidyoConferencing application logic, web user & admin interfaces, monitoring, configuration, security, scalability, high-availability, virtualization and APIs • Brought creativity and professionalism to roadmap definition, product requirements documents (PRD), release planning, go-to-market planning, training, documentation, and cross functional collaboration • Successfully led product certification by the US Department of Defense (DOD/DISA/JITC) • Consulted on product applications and collaborated on product roadmap with enterprises/organizations in multiple verticals across the globe, including Boston Consulting Group, Wellington Management, United Health Group, Arizona State University, NASA, Internet2, CERN, Swisscom, SoftBank, KDDI, NTT, Teva Pharmaceutical, and many smaller organizations
