Coached, counseled and trained staff regarding sales product knowledge and industry regulations. • Ensured implementation and staff proficiency regarding promotions and advertising strategies to generate and maintain partnerships with new and existing businesses. • Maintained, expanded and maximized key relationships with community businesses, local hospitals as well as Level 2 doctors and providers •Coordinated and supervised marketing staff’s activities to attain and surpass established enrollment goals by managing individual growth and performance. • Created accounts in outreach production and marketing with neighborhood businesses • Instrumental in the restructuring, marketing, and general management of increasing membership enrollments for my team from 60 enrollments per month to an average of 140 per week.
