To increase March Networks overall global revenue by expanding major national accounts and driving international expansion through international manufacturers reps in some cases distribution. March networks was lopsided in the retail and a small portion of retail banking markets. March Networks need to be diversified over several vertical markets targeting to expand banking, critical infrastructure, commercial industrial, transportation etc. The A&E program was nonexistent for all practical purposes and needed to be developed be recognized by the A&E community as a viable product for applications. The sales force was staffed with people with their grocery industry for retail sales background. Needed to raise the level of the sales staff to more technical solutions sales Hunter team players utilizing applications engineers for backup. I could go on for several paragraphs.
