Daily Duties at The Family Center:
• Assisted the HR/Office Manager and the Deputy Director in record keeping, maintaining inventory supply, answering multiple phone lines • Prepared public relations and new hire packets, generating forms • Organized time sheets, distributed payroll checks to employees, and maintained employee personnel files • Preformed computer related tasks for agency staff including creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel • Posted agency job openings on the Internet, conducted Internet research to investigate Human Resource and employment related policies • Provided administrative support including generating documents and distributing clients’ transportation vouchers • Maintained résumés of applicants as well as scheduled and coordinated interviews, meetings and events
