As CEO, I was responsible for total organization, with 11 direct reports (a CFO, a sr. VP Business Development & Government Relations, 5 regional or line of business GM's, a VP HR/Risk Management, a sr VP NYC operations, a VP Performance Excellence and CIO), Finanancial Performance, Investments, Hiring and Firing of direct reports and the layer below my direct reports, Budget and 3 year Strategic Plan, Process Innovation/Improvements, Performance Results/Reviews of direct reports, Technology Innovations. My special assignment was to stabilize and improve the overall Organization and specifically the financial performance of the Company, after years of losses
