Daily Duties at Get Connected:
• Developed and executed outbound sales, survey, Call Center and customer retention programs to retain threated customer accounts. • Researched and trained third party partners (24-7 Intouch, CPG, DialAmerica) for account operation support. • Implemented Integrated Voice Recognition digital services sales system into the new system platform. • Developed training solutions for merchants and service providers to increase sales. • Responsible for Training of Order Management Instrument, to provide Merchants and Service Providers a view in to the database to process, place/edit orders, and facilitate customer support. • Trained representatives to handle customer calls, emails, and live chats; place orders; sell services; process rebates, use SQL scripts for client support duties, acquire account statuses from partners, affiliate companies and service providers. • Developed and documented Call Center sales force, Client Support center, Rebate redemption process, Customer Care User Interface, and Client Support Manual. • Documented flow process for a fully functional and database Integrated Voice Recognition system for Internet and Wireless sales. • Created all call queues and verbiage using the Televantage Phone system. • Managed the Better Business Bureau relationship and reconciled complaints. • Established and maintained relationships with all affiliate companies and service provider contacts. • Created and implemented the fraud prevention process. • Identified and optimized the Batch Order Conveyance Processing order history database issues, and website errors. • Reconciled monthly orders placed by service providers to ensure databases were in accord.
