Daily Duties at Catfish Galley:
I made sure that all components of startup, during the daily run, and end of shift went smoothly. We turned over tables and made money by giving customers good quality and service. I worked in 2 different restaurants and improved sales drastically with good qualiy and great customer service. A lot of training was completed yearly.
