Daily Duties at Perdue Farms Inc.:
I managed 2 Superintendents, 7 supervisors, and around 200 employee's. I ran 3 high speed Meyn evisceration lines and maintained a 97% efficiency between both shifts consistently. I managed Live Hang, kill room, picking room, evisceration, gib harvest, paws, and the chiller room. I was also the Poultry Welfare Officer for the plant. Very involved in continuous improvement throughout the plant.
