SANRAD, INC. , DENVER, CO Recruited to rebuild the Americas sales organization for an early stage iSCSI Storage Area Networking Company. We utilized a high-touch “sell through” strategy, driving revenue opportunities to the channel for fulfillment. Spent time rebuilding spoiled relationships with key resellers, retooled the operations plan; added new channel programs and simplified the channel recruitment process. Replaced sales management and hired new sales and systems talent in key locations. Built a lead generation program, which required Sanrad sales to qualify a lead before distributing it to the resellers that led to a 300% increase in the 180-day pipeline.
