Daily Duties at Arrow Electronics, Inc.:
Joined the Arrow ECS Services leadership team to rebuild the image, purpose and revenue contribution of Services at Arrow ECS. Initially analyzed the sales and marketing organization and implemented changes to the sales model that included account assignments and a reduced services offerings focus. I also led the creation of a revamped services portfolio and built new services description and go-to-marketing material for key offerings of the portfolio. I am now implementing sweeping changes to the Arrow Services Practices by employing a program/product management organization to lead and maintain the appropriate business and market analysis for each of Arrows Services offerings. The new product marketing team will work with the practice engineering teams/partners to develop compelling offerings for Arrow VARs that will include a complete services operational process and go-to-market enablement to ensure revenue adoption and growth.
