Daily Duties at Star Burst Technology, Llc:
1. President: Research and establish the company and performance objectives. Ensure all lines of business are running efficiently and within the budget. Work with Partners to devise strategic business plans to generate revenues, create new business opportunities and keep company competitive in the marketplace. Represent the company publicly and devise employee job descriptions. Ordered all business supplies and materials. Conduct all business communications, business meetings, outside services and customer relations. Signed all paychecks and expenditures. 2. Business Manager: Developing and implementing strategic plans, directing staff to ensure successful operations, financial responsibilities and organizational goals are met. Manage financial budgets, approve spending and ensure profitability for the company. Interview and hire employees. 3. Sales Director: Evaluate status of several WWTP, WTP, Ag Plants and Industries, secure new projects and customers, present products and services, write quotes and facilitate final deals with Superintendents / Councils and Mayors.
