Recommended and implemented solutions that satisfied customers’ enterprise global networking business needs while consistently meeting sales objectives. Coordinated and facilitated joint account strategy planning meetings among U.S. and Japan based teams locally managing several Japanese multi-national corporations operating in the U.S. Toured Japan to call on these clients observing traditional Japanese business protocol. This relationship building contributed to increase in sales to these customers. Delivered training to account teams information pertaining to Data and International product offers: availability, features, advantages, benefits, selling strategies, promotions, pricing plans, competitive differentiators, etc. This knowledge transfer facilitated account teams demonstrating higher proficiency in closing sales opportunities across the organization. Interfaced with AT&T higher headquarters staffs, technical support communities, product house managers, in-country account managers, service centers, and representatives from foreign telephone administrations as needed to manage multi-national clients’ global service projects, inquiries, and issues. This collaboration contributed ultimately to project completion and overall customer satisfaction.
