• Supervised Special Servicing team of 10-15 Specialists with portfolio and potential processing of 2500 loans of various investors including FNMA offering alternatives and multiple marketing campaigns to include the processing of modifications and negotiating loss mitigation options. • Supervised team of 12 specialists with portfolio and potential processing of 1,500 potential settlements; negotiated settlements including deed in lieu, short refinance, short sale, and debt write-off to help loan holders avoid home foreclosure. • Supervised team of 10 specialists on multiple dialer campaigns to reach out to borrowers for potential settlements; negotiated settlements including deed in lieu, short refinance, short sale, and debt write-off to help loan holders avoid home foreclosure. • Communicated corporate initiatives, process changes, and financial goals to team members and facilitated success through training, motivational incentives, and judicious performance management. • Interviewed applicants, recommended best candidates, conducted new hire orientation, and provided individual specialty training as department expanded from 20 to 60 personnel. • Cultivated outstanding performers for positions with increased responsibility by providing opportunities to gain supervisory experience, customizing individual development plans, and meeting regularly to review learning progress. • Dealt with escalated cases involving unique situations or potentially high loss value by resolving title issues, interfacing with lien holders, and working with real estate agent representatives. • Recognized on multiple occasions for achieving most mitigated losses, which reduced portfolio backlog and increased revenue
