Daily Duties at Fnma:
Contract Position - Managed projects from strategic initiatives and operational improvements while partnering with 5 special servicers to improve the quality of borrower experience and decrease the portfolio size of seriously delinquent loans. Involved Traveling and logging of expenses and networking with site managers to discover processes, experiences by borrowers, and improve penetration rates from a non-paying borrower to a quality product to resolve the delinquency.
