Daily Duties at Hp Enterprises Services:
Lead Tier I team with incoming trouble calls while meeting organizational goals. Support Tier I team development and productivity by mentoring , coaching and training. Research mishandled tickets and perform problem resolution follow-ups. Report any trends affecting the delivery of organizational goals and service level agreements. Coordinate with other internal support teams obtain resolutions.
