Daily Duties at Hp Enterprises Services:
Provide advanced technical and procedural instruction to Tier 1 Classified Service Desk Agents Analyze trends and potential bottle-neck obstacles to classified technical resolutions. Perform incident management regarding network performance, security and procedures. Researched and follow up with customer escalation regarding unresolved issues based on average call handle times, first call resolutions, escalation times and quality assurance.
