- Oversaw the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, business development, and revenue management efforts supporting $78 million in revenue generation. - Developed the business plan for and spearheaded the successful upgrade of the award-winning SalesLogix CRM software system (v. 6.2 to v. 7.5.3), working with a team of three project managers, four developers and three business analysts, within a $500,000 budget, and spanning a ten-month period from executive approval. - Conducted the in-person User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SalesLogix Upgrade training (Basics and Core System) for over 500 end-users, including the development of the testing scripts, user guides, and the training plan, schedules and presentation materials. - Oversaw the charting of existing business processes and prototyping of future information process flows in order to define business requirements for the development and enhancement of operational procedures, corporate systems, and data models. - Reduced the CRM database key field error rate from 28% to 9% within one year through continuous process improvement and sales training. - Led the business development team to a record production of $3.5 million in contracted revenue, 47% lead conversion from estimated to contracted revenue, and 275% to year-end goal. - Implemented the company’s first Voice of Customer (VOC) program focused on improving customer retention, engagement and overall satisfaction from 90% to 95% within a three-year period. - Assisted in the development of the first product manual to promote the growth of a $14 million housing product line. - Produced the directional data and executive dashboards required to analyze the key product line production and associated sales revenue for the strategic planning of the company’s future business structure, including competitor SWOT analysis, customer satisfaction Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Year-Over-Year (YOY) trending, win-loss ratios, financial pace and forecast reporting.
