In this newly created role, tasked with leading 6 regional marketing and sales teams across Asia. Developed and executed powerful go-to-market and growth strategies for 9 anesthesia and 2 respiratory product lines. Strengthened business operations by streamlining internal workflow and communications. Designed and directed clinical seminars & special events. Later promoted to drive international marketing efforts for Life Support Solutions (LSS) anesthesia delivery & respiratory medical device business delivering double-digit growth in a highly competitive marketplace. Conducted competitive research, managed market based pricing and product positioning.
