Spearhead full spectrum of financial and technical support activities for Electronic Navy Housing (eNH) Intranet which serves United States Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and Navy Travel to customer sites to provide end user training and support, analyze and test system upgrades, and validate success of fixes Play an integral role in defining requirements and policies Provide monthly financial reports to management and propose recommendations with management and Government personnel Propose financial recommendations directly to the client to reconcile discrepancies between multiple databases Works actively with Government and Northrop Grumman personnel to resolve contractual differences. Perform complex and detailed obligation and expenditure analysis of contracts and funding documents to identify discrepancies Participate in software testing and analysis Create AD HOC Reports to support user reporting needs Implement DoD-compliant mobile media encryption devices to safeguard confidential data via IronKey protected devices. Ensure strict compliance with CMMI requirements and SOPs.
