Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
Provide technical consultation and support in the areas of presale, implementation and post-sale support for the sale and implementation of integrated solutions comprised of Xerox printers, Xerox Software, 3rd party Application Software, customized software and/or hardware offerings for our customers. Provide post sale support for the systems notes. Technical consultation and support relates to the specific and unique requirements for computer settings, configuration of customer's network operating system, maintaining network productivity and performance and unique computer client requirements to ensure compatibility and successful integration of the defined solution into the customer's environment. • Responsible for the computer related technical aspects of the solution selling process within the appropriate steps of the selling process. • Support new business presale and implementation, and any post sale account growth and problem resolution related to network connected devices. • Technical computer support as described here is provided for all solutions related to network connected Xerox printers including iGen4 high-speed full color printers
