• Developed program moving Blendtec from direct selling to dealer based distribution. • Created manufacturer rep contracts, go-to-market strategy, and pricing policy. • Sourced, managed, trained and supported 16 commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer rep groups (55 independent sales people plus their support staffs and dealer networks) throughout US. • Coordinate with clients, representatives and managers on forecasting, analyzing and reporting.
