Daily Duties at Internet Transaction Services:
Hired and managed a 15 person staff in 3 core areas. Sales and Marketing, Technology and risk/underwriting. Created overall marketing strategies, sales systems, automation systems and architected their TMS (Transaction Management System) with their CEO. Created press coverage, trade show booth specifics, managed vendor relationships, merchant support systems and online reporting and transaction tacking system. Integrated the sales process into an automated system where agents and merchants could determine their current status of the underwriting process as well as track profitability of their account portfolio.
