Daily Duties at Pharmion Corporation:

ADM National PIan & Core Functions 1. Thought Leader Development o Work with reps to identify emerging thought leaders (National, Regional, Local levels) o ADM will serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs within their Region. Additionally, the ADM will be involved with scheduling speaker programs for their KOLs outside their Region. o With RSM and rep input, leads the implementation of Thought Leader relationship management within the region in order to meet the needs identified by the commercial team. Supports Pharmion's brand strategy and ensures that all functional groups within Pharmion are aligned with our KOLs. o Determine speakers vs advocates (influencers) o Provide promotional messaging, promotional slides, promotional tools, and sustained relationship development with key opinion leaders o Speaker Management-training, development, driving promotional programming. o Facilitates product or corporate goals via the early integration of Thought Leaders into Pharmion business planning and implementation activities 2. Top 15/ Key Account Development o Identify additionally accounts (beyond the top 15) if needed/necessary (rep/region specific) o Creates opportunities to leverage and drive commercial success while enhancing Pharmion's image and commitment to medicine 3. Fellows Development o Recognize fufure potential of this physician group. o Leverage educational and promotional opportunities to develop this group. o Execute programs needed to meet development goals o Recognize some territories may have more robust Fellowship programs than others 4. Ad Boards o Coordinate speaker selection o Coordinate invites and attendance o Coordination of Agenda (ex. Corp. Overview, clinical presentation if req., PRM if req., etc.) o Program facilitation and potential moderation 5. VA o Identify relevant VA Hospitals that are actively treating MDS. o Focus upon Medical Directors and Onc/Hem Dept Chairs in Large Cancer Centers o Promote Vidaza's formulary status and placement on MDS treatment algorithm o Coordinate efforts with NAM. o Identify Economic Evaluation Committee and assess the impact this group has on the institution or VISN o Focus on key physicians, pharmacy directors, fellows who treat MDS first line
