Daily Duties at Mc Lane Advanced Technologies:
Prepare and adapt project budgets and forecast estimate controls to task level and perform analysis of consumption and health. Provide recommended courses of action to maintain operations within budget constraints and furnish contract modifications prior to established threshold, ensuring adequate funds exist for contract performance. Prepare and analyze project status metrics including Daily, Monthly, and Weekly “Burn” rates; profit against established target and revenue; accounts receivable; variance of budget, quality, schedule, and deliverables; gross and net margins; and risk and mitigation strategies; Monitor schedule, deliverable, and action item/task requirements; Maintain program and project-level risk registers; Liaise inter-departmental communication and work direct with customers to identify and resolve inquiries and issues; Assist BD units and PMO with proposal endeavors.
