Daily Duties at Sbc/At&T:

Promoted to title over 8 representatives seeking the position. Responsible for sales training, product training to a team of eight junior sales people, ensuring each team member achieve their monthly quotas. If not I was ultimately responsible for team quota. Training was ground up sales training. Cold calling, development of interest need, proposal generation, presenting and closing business
