Daily Duties at Hy Green, Inc:

(1)Provided oversight (supervision/management) and worked hands on with the Clinical Applications Specialists when they provided training to physicians/staff in the hospital/clinic settings at go lives. (2) provided supervision/management with CAS for monthly/quarterly review of individual customers hand hygiene data (3) Provided supervision/management with CAS for customer equipment trouble shooting and staff retraining. (4) coordinated with the HyGreen equipment implementation team each site "go live" which included equipment installation, physician/staff training, admin training to each customer site manager to access each customer site individual hand hygiene compliance/usage data (5) interview, hired, fired, trained each new CAS with my territory (6) Made changes/improvement to training curriculum after each "Go Live" to improve process flow and customer understanding. (7) Meet bi-monthly with R&D to review product performance at each customer site and review customer suggestions for product improvement. (8) Had bi-monthly meetings with VP of sales to review accounts and discuss upcoming new sites. (9)worked directly with the sales rep responsible for the respective account during "Go Live" (10) Liaison between key accounts, CAS and Corporate for customer/product satisfaction/support.
