Provided full executive support for Principal / Managing Director of Advisory Services and team. Also executive support for Mergers & Acquisitions Executive, as well as Forensic Valuation Executive. Heavy Outlook calendaring for Executives. First point of contact for customers and external clients. Anticipate needs and organize tasks in a flexible calm manner. Determine the level of importance of projects and needs of team. Supports Internal Client Services, with heavy External Client Service communication. Review client positions with Firm, using SalesLogix. Producing Pipeline Reporting for Executive calls. Travel, expense and event coordination. Cross-functional team assistance and training. Managing conference calls for Principal and Managing Director. Responsible for, with little or no direction, highly confidential electronic and hard files. Copying, binding, travel, expense, coding, conference calls, managing webcasts.
