Provided full professional and administrative support to the Vice President of Tax, Risk Management and Payroll to include entire organization. Provided extensive internal customer service to Accounting, Collections and Sales due to my role as Tax Exemption Analyst. Prepared and maintained calendars for 12, scheduled and expensed travel arrangements, and planned for approximately 20 staff, consultant and vendor events monthly ensuring accuracy of company calendars. Led a yearlong project for Risk Management and procured updated and accurate certificates of insurance. Worked side by side with Accounts Payable to take further action with vendors. Documented all staff that held the responsibility for Government Emergency Telecommunications. Earned Individual Peak Awards for driving programs related to customer care and Tax Exemption Analyst work; included assisting and training Billing, Disputes, Collections and Sales. Collaborated with Transaction Tax and Regulatory compliance team in compiling and processing information for an annual customer Fed USF (FCC) recertification, with follow through. Maintained Intranet portal for Risk Management, Tax, and Payroll through a document library, electronic filing, editing and implementation of documents I imported to Intranet.
