Facilitated, compiled and approved all travel requests and expense reporting. Managed 8 Outlook calendars, travel and meetings. Scheduled global conference calls, webcasts, events, training and launches related to the acquisition of target companies. Managed SharePoint Acquisition Portal for highly confidential pre, present and post-acquisition deal information. Handled all hard and soft files to back up the acquisition deal sites portal. Human Resources Assistant with projects including HIPAA and I-9 Certifications. Created filing system that separated HIPAA and personnel files. Coordinated with Manger regarding complaints and investigations.
