Daily Duties at Level 3 Communications:

Provided full executive support to 2 SVPs (to include a segment CFO) and five VPs in finance and operations, with global groups of 400+ and back-up support to segment Presidents. Managed 11+ Outlook calendars, international and national travel, compiled presentations with little information from managers. Set up and directed global meetings, webcasts via video, and via link in Outlook invite. Compiled correspondence and prepared special reports, both daily and weekly. Single point of contact for vendors, customers, team members and executives. Coordinated global and domestic travel arrangements and arranged webcasts by partnering with IT. Handled administration of staff PTO and assisted executives with family arrangements and other personal tasks, such as shopping, arranging personal vacations, running errands for my manager and family.
