Daily Duties at Sprint Communications :
Manage renovation projects for each site within the RESO approved projects listing, as assigned. Create floor plans, detailed furniture fixture plans, and design/specify materials and finishes to meet local business needs while adhering to corporate office program standards. Manage vendors, architect and local general contractors to meet project deadlines. Manage the budget associated with each renovation project and assure corporate cost savings by revising space allocations performing 'restack'; updating CAD drawings and space chargeback metrics.
