Daily Duties at Arma Global:

Led a small team of developers in producing complex, custom applications for joint special operation forces using Agile Methodologies. Applications ranged in classification from Secret to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information in the domains of communication systems management, medical management, and strategic planning and resourced allocation. Responsibilities included meeting with customers to collect and review requirements through interviews, focus groups, brainstorming, storyboarding, prototyping, problem solving, iteration reviews, multicriteria decision analysis, use cases, user stories, systems analysis and documentation review of existing systems, development of workflow diagrams, flowcharts, and required significant patience and conflict resolution skills. Project manager was also the project business analyst. Application development was broken into one month iterations with concurrent independent testing and an iteration review with customers. Tools used included the following Microsoft products: Team Foundation Server, Project, Visio, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
