Daily Duties at Fairmont Hotels & Rsorts:

Managed Business Travel Department including Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator while ensuring Volume, National Corporate, Leisure and Consortia market segments met/exceeded budgeted revenue targets. Tracked weekly/monthly reporting of sales, . Conducted effective sales presentations, participated in weekly conference calls with VP of Sales. Planned client events and coordinated FAM trips with national travel agencies and participated in monthly travel to key accounts. Responsible for negotiating and closing annual and semi-annual contracts. Conducted site tours and entertained key potential local and national accounts.
