Daily Duties at Compaq:
Managed an elite group of support engineers that worked directly with customer. This team was directly tied to the various Product Team and Compaq's 3rd level support team. When my team got involved it was serious customer satisfaction issue in which could cost Compaq dearly, even at the point of potentially losing the customer.
