Daily Duties at Kci:
Responsible for driving the usage and adoption of KCI's new product portfolio within the OR, acute, and post acute care settings to the following surgical disciplines: orthopedic, plastic, general, trauma, cardiothoracic, vascular, ob/gyn and podiatry. Also included are, wound care physicians, and advanced wound care nurses. I communicate and present the features and benefits, both economical and financial of new technology to key decision makers, new product committees and value analysis committees in the above care settings. I finished over 110% to plan for 2012, 16th out of 61 surgical sales managers. Territory revenue for KCI's surgical incision management device was 48K in 2011 before being placed into the surgical sales manager portfolio. In 2012, I increased revenue with this product 485% to 233K and was 134% revenue to plan prior to territory change. I finished 160% to plan prior to leaving the company.
