Responsible for preparing a goal directed development plan of the hospice program through direct community contacts for the purpose of educating healthcare providers and the general public about hospice. Learn and execute the company's consultative selling strategy to build sustainable relationships with targeted referral customers. Maintain current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies. Maintain an organized approach to territory management, and prepare and conduct sales calls and presentations to potential referral sources.
