Daily Duties at Mmc Technology:

Support to the SVP of Operations & COO, and the VP of Finance & Administration. • Logistics liaison for preparation of offsite presentations for Board Meetings, Quarterly Review Meetings and All Employee Meetings. • Updated data binders with current information with revisions of documents, drawings, charts, and graphs related to new manufacturing facilities in China. • Managed SVP’s email and calendar daily; reviewed incoming mail and responded accordingly; scheduled meetings; processed expense reports; managed calls, calendars and flow of communications. • Generated drawings, graphs and charts in Excel on a daily basis to track movement of disks for disk drives. • Back-up to CEO’s assistant.
