Daily Duties at New Wave Research:
Support to 3 VP's (Finance & Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering) and the HR Director. • Responsible for the logistics and preparation of offsite presentations/hand-outs/binders for Annual Review Meetings, Quarterly Review Meetings, weekly Executive Staff Meetings, and all Training Meetings. • Transcribed meeting materials. • Managed executives’ calendars daily, appointment scheduling, processing expense reports. • Performed HR Generalist duties, such as: Preparation of on-boarding forms, update employee records. • Back-up to CEO’s assistant.
