Daily Duties at Logitech:
Support to VP of WW Customer Care (2006-2008: Also supported SVP of Business Development, VP of Mergers and Acquisitions) • Dealings with APAC and EMEA employees on a consistent basis. • Screened customer calls, scanned & sent correspondence to Escalations Dept. in a timely manner. • Maintained Expense Log for creating Month End Accrual reports for Finance department. • Scheduled meetings/catering either internally or outside of facilities. • Posted presentations and monthly reports onto database in a timely manner. • Interacted with top level executives and their assistants on a daily basis.
