Responsible for all regional operations and solutions development -- associated with Alcatel-Lucent’s Convergence Portfolio (Multi-core Solutions, Convergent Payment Platforms, Multi-media Solutions and/or IMS-related Enabling Platforms and/or Applications and all associated services. • Account Development – Responsible for developing custom technical solution solutions with “key” customers in the region (creating differentiation approach to secure certain portions of the customer business in a highly commoditized environment. • Portfolio Management – Conducted revenue, market share, profitability and ROI analysis, industry and technology benchmarking • Project Management – Developed project timelines, defined crossfunctional teams, completed risk analysis/feasibility studies and implemented mitigation plans when required. • Regional CTO Responsiblity - Evaluate technology choices of Alcatel-Lucent’s various solutions groups to insure that that their products and future roadmaps where aligned with the needs of the Latin American region. Developed a very strong background in regards to understanding competitors solutions and how to counteract any threats that these offering may impose on our overall position in the region.
