Responsible for driving business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility and integration with technology via continuous process improvement. This too should include the following activities: Own all the critical processes that support the operational execution of the S3G business. Responsibilities include Business processes definition and simplification as required including compliance management, validation and/or readiness. Responsible for all cross functional and domain Knowledge Management (intellectual capital) which is essential in driving a common practice and understanding across the organization with efficient reuse of all possible information and learning’s. Provided leadership to define and execute the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Architecture strategy for Information. The scope of Information covers structured and unstructured types of information such as information stored as data in databases or information stored in content, knowledge, document or record management systems. The candidate will create a strategy that works to align the IT roadmap with the business strategy, support a global organization, and be focused on promoting a lean and entrepreneurial organization.
