Daily Duties at Abx Air, Inc.:
Independently handled full life cycle application development in RPG/IV with emphasis on embedded SQL. Enhanced applications written in RPG III and COBOL. Resolved issues caused by faulty data or program bugs impacting A/R, A/P, and H/R; provided technical support to end-users. Authored descriptive documentation and quality assurance test scripts for all development work. Performed quality assurance tests for projects completed by other IT team members.
