Support for 20+ sites (domestic and international) with 2000 users and 80+ servers. Responsible for Help Desk, Desktop Support and Server Administration for Intel based and IBM AS/400, staff management and development, project management, standards creation and implementation, hardware/software support, disaster recovery and business continuity, enterprise backup, product testing and evaluation, customer service, vendor relations, change management and end-user communication strategy, work quality, cost and budget controls.
