Daily Duties at Tyson Foods, Inc.:
The Enterprise Inventory Management group is under the Manufacturing Service business unit and is a concept originated by the company's current CEO. I am a member of a team of project coordinators that instructs employees at the company's 70 plus poultry and prepared foods production facilities on SAP Inventory and the principles of effective work planning. In addition, the EIM Project Coordinator provides direction and leadership in implementing continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring their sustainment.
