Daily Duties at Henry Ford Hospital:
Throughout my years of over 20 years of experience the first year of working as an RRT I was promoted to a coordinator which is a supervisor and started the responsibilities of scheduling, hiring ,terminating, shift assignments. Marketing for hyperbaric chamber which included meetings with Doctors and e-mails and mailings what the hyperbaric was and how it could help the patients with certain needs, did all billing for hyperbaric chamber along with billing for the department, writing policies and procedures, opening up new ICU's and long term care unit. I did pulmonary function testing, hyperbaric chamber, pulmonary rehabilitation and sleep lab. Trained all employees on the new electronic charting, trouble shooting, and part of the entire set up.
