Presented budget variances monthly. • Revised gross profit reporting by product line to improve product mix, facilitating actual reporting. • Developed project accounting for R&D development, exposing costly projects and eliminating some. • Designed entire manual cost accounting system for start-up company (LBO). • Developed monthly Cost of Sales and interpreted the results. • Performed decision analysis on capital expenditures, calculated return on investment. • Estimated project cost of prototypes.
