Daily Duties at Lightspeed Technologies Inc.:

I performed this roles simultaneously together with my role as the Bid & Contract Manager. •Serve as the primary conduit amongst Project Sponsors, Business Entities, Technology Team and End Users. •Managing the implementation of mutiple organizational improvement projects based on Lean Business System. •Develop and maintain Workbreakdown schedules,task assignments,project tracking and reports. •Organize and conduct project meetings with small to large teams depending on the project size. For example, weekly or monthly project progress meetings. •Maintain change management database. •Maintain constant communication with project team leaders to check on success stories and challenges. •Maintain and update project status through a common platform with real time updates. •Meet with Executive team and Project Sponsors on projects weekly. •Colloborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to endure smooth flow of the projects. •Maintain positive relationship with project team members. Provide coaching when required. •Resolve problems identified in projects with project teams. •Continuously performed cross-functional training: trained and managed LEAN Champions to support on-going projects. •Conducting problem solving sessions called "Happy Hours". Used A3 and 5-Why approach as problem solving tools.
