Daily Duties at Renaissance Advantage Charter School:

-Work with teachers to meet curriculum standards and set goals and objectives -Maintain enrollment -Oversee the school Budget -Interview and hire staff -Report school activity at the monthly Board of Directors meeting -Routinely observe classrooms to gather information for the evaluation of staff and the curriculum -Communicate the school's mission, goals and policies to teachers, students, parents and the community -Direct or delegate everyday school operations (teacher assignments, class schedule development and activities) -Effectively communicate and implement school policy
