• Deepen & manage financial relationships with affluent clients • Intuitively recognize and anticipate the client’s financial needs and offer financial solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools • Provide value-added engagement with clients through face-to-face meetings at client's preferred location, consistent communication, and client appreciation events. • Partner and collaborate with all team members to ensure clients have a positive in-branch experience that supports Citigold value proposition • Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sale and service opportunities • Manage clients, prospects, and pipeline using Salesforce ECRM software • Played an integral role in establishing a new relationship with Cisco Systems by enrolling Cisco into Citi at Work Program—an employee banking program that offer benefits to Cisco employees while providing Citi opportunities to grow through financial education seminars and webinars
